Network Topology

Check what NetworkingEquipment is available!

• AP should be in each room
• there will be NO electricity in the camp

3 LAN spaces are:

• HACKLAB
• Old MP club (door oposite the hacklab)
• corridor between them

4th Main LAN space is planned in the outside courtyard

topology:

• telephone line --> rooter/firewall --> switch
• each room should have a 24 port switch
• Meinhard's room should be equipped with a good 24 port switch and linked to mp old club, hacklab and outside courtyard

Servers

1st server: debian mirror + ftp server

2nd server: web server, dns, web proxy, smtp server (postfix) <--> tls

Firewall

• mail - ssl
• https (for webmail etc) only if the server is ond the HttpsApprovedServers? list!
• no http
• IMAP, POP etc - no services without encryption!

HumanDHCP will be organized; two people in shift, located in the mp old club

1 MAC = 1 IP
